Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking a Growth role in London to help build the world’s largest network for private equity investors. You will own outcomes from week one, sprint through tasks, and learn rapidly by working with a high-energy entrepreneurial team.

Role is full-time, in-person at our London WeWork office. Travel about 20 days a year and a strong emphasis on copy, marketing channels, and AI-enabled growth. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred.
• A UK work permit is required; we do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic, urgency, ownership and a proactive approach are expected.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and converting funds into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new activities.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts, with AI support.
• Sprint, test, and implement campaigns; measure impact and optimize offers.
• Build scalable processes and AI workflows to repeat wins.
• Be prepared to contribute across the growth function as needed.
