Private Equity Insights in London seeks a Growth role. You will build the audience, own revenue-driving channels, and craft copy that persuades across emails, landing pages, and posts. You’ll sprint, test, and implement AI-enabled experiments to scale impact.

This is a fast-paced, ownership-first opportunity with significant learning curves. You'll work in a highly entrepreneurial team, travel for events, and contribute to the world’s largest private equity investor network.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth, marketing or related roles.
• UK work permit; no visa sponsorship.
• Proactive approach and ownership of outcomes.
• Humble and collaborative mindset with a passion for building companies.
• Willingness to learn and optimise continuously.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and converting funds into our community with precise messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new activities.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts; leverage AI at scale.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move the metrics.
• Build repeatable systems and AI workflows to accelerate wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win and deliver client value.
