Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or Events Management advantageous.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and outstanding customer service.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• A minimum of three years' experience in events, group sales, hospitality sales or a similar role.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and commercially focused approach with a passion for driving revenue.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive, energetic and guest‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Knowledge of the London luxury five‑star hotel market.
• Previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong customer care and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management or a related field would be advantageous.
