Job summary

Atlas Hotels is looking for a Groups and Meetings Sales Executive to be based at Meridian Business Park in Leicester. You will be the first point of contact for group and meetings enquiries, providing ongoing relationship support, and coordinating daily tasks to meet departmental targets.

Training is provided; hotel operations or reservations experience is beneficial but not essential, as is prior customer service experience.

• On-the-job training and support will be provided.
• Previous hotel operations or reservations experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous customer service experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for responding to all groups and meetings enquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide ongoing customer relationship support.
• Action and manage daily tasks.
• Be aware of departmental targets and contribute to the success of the team, rewarded via incentives.
• Provide hotel teams with all necessary information to ensure the customer has a great experience.

• Strong communication skills both written and spoken English
• Team player, hands on attitude, able to use own initiative to solve problems, organised and efficient
• Have a great telephone manner
• Computer literate
• Good attention to detail
• High level of motivation, determination and commitment
• Eligible to work in the UK

Shift patterns are between Monday to Saturday 8-7 (Saturdays rotated)
