Places Leisure is seeking a Group Workout Instructor in East Grinstead to lead group workouts in a lively, supportive environment. You’ll engage participants, drive energy, and ensure safe, effective sessions tailored to all abilities.

With experience in personal and group training, you’ll bring charisma and excellent people skills, while maintaining strong time management and a passion for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness industry, including personal and group training.
• Qualified to deliver Group Workout Programme or willingness to achieve the qualification.
• Strong customer-focused approach and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment.
• Inspire participants to work together and push themselves safely.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and adherence to procedures.
