Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Group Workout Instructor for Places Leisure. You will deliver engaging group workouts, motivate participants and promote safe, effective exercise in a lively community environment.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain facilities, ensure high service levels and support customers of all abilities while upholding our standards and codes of practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group workouts to diverse groups.
• Ability to motivate participants in a safe, encouraging manner.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group workouts for large and small classes in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with participants, prioritise customer needs and build relationships.
• Work with the team to maintain clean, safe facilities and follow procedures.
