Job summary

Places Leisure is recruiting a Group Workout Instructor to lead engaging group sessions across our centres, helping members stay motivated and achieve their goals.

You will deliver high-energy classes, foster a safe, inclusive environment, and stay ahead of fitness trends. A recognised group-workout qualification is preferred, with our development opportunities to help you achieve it. You'll work as part of a friendly, supportive team and contribute to safeguarding and high standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a qualification for delivery of group workouts.
• Experience in fitness instruction with strong people skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse class sizes.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic group workouts for small and large classes.
• Create personable relationships with participants and ensure safety.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and adhere to centre procedures.
