Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a Group Workout Instructor to deliver dynamic group sessions and inspire participants of all abilities. You will engage with members, maintain energetic and supportive coaching, and help people progress in a safe, motivating setting.

Experience in fitness and a relevant qualification is preferred, with development support offered to achieve the Group Workout Programme qualification. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry, particularly personal and group training.
• Hold a qualification suitable for delivering the Group Workout Programme, or be willing to achieve it with our development support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group workouts to large and small classes in a lively environment.
• Inspire and motivate participants to reach their fitness goals safely.
• Engage with customers, build relationships, and maintain high energy in sessions.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, following regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep facilities clean and safe.
