Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking an experienced Group Weddings, Banqueting & Social Events Manager to lead the Weddings, Banqueting and Christmas team across our hotel portfolio. You will drive revenue, conversion and a memorable customer experience from initial enquiry to event delivery.

In this central role, you will coach a seven-strong team, analyse performance data and market trends, and collaborate with hotels and the wider commercial team to secure commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching or managing a team in hospitality, events or customer-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of conversion, revenue generation and commercial performance.
• Ability to use data and customer insight to drive actions and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across a large hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a seven-person team in Weddings, Banqueting & Christmas.
• Drive revenue and conversion across weddings, banqueting, Christmas parties and events.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and personalised service.
• Use insights to identify opportunities to grow demand and maximise revenue.
• Manage supplier relationships and seasonal campaigns to optimise bookings.
• Provide ongoing coaching, and lead weekly team meetings with a focus on commercial priorities.
