Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Reservations Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for clients across our UK portfolio of 41 hotels. Based at our Commercial Hub in Rugby, you'll handle enquiries by phone and email, guiding customers from initial inquiry to confirmed bookings.

You'll build relationships, upsell services, and maximise revenue while delivering outstanding service. This fast-paced, target-driven role offers progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience handling enquiries and closing business over the telephone and email.
• Strong communication with clients across multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of accommodation enquiries via telephone and email with excellent service.
• Guide clients through the booking process, including contracts and payment procedures.
• Recommend solutions based on hotel knowledge, promotions and services to maximise conversion.
• Build relationships with clients, hotel teams and commercial function for a seamless experience.
• Take ownership of each booking from enquiry to confirmation with accurate details.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and support shared goals.
• Manage enquiry follow-up activities and maintain pipeline records for timely responses.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across bedrooms, meeting space and services to maximise revenue.
