Job summary

Acturis Group is establishing a new Group Transformation & Operations function to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes. You will embed governance, performance metrics and operating rhythms across the Group, enabling senior leaders to make informed decisions and sustain growth.

The role offers significant autonomy to design and run frameworks that underpin how the Group operates and delivers strategic objectives, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-business

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business performance, portfolio management or business change.
• Ability to embed new ways of working and drive sustained performance improvements.
• Strong analytical capability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Embed and operate governance, performance measures and rhythms to sustain value.
• Monitor operational performance and report priorities, risks and benefits to senior stakeholders.
• Provide the management infrastructure and governance framework to enable strategic execution.
