Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's Food Safety, Quality and Technical strategy.
• Set governance across a multi-site European manufacturing network.
• Maintain executive relationships with retailers and customers.
• Provide technical leadership on growth, investment and risk to the CEO/Executive Committee.
• Lead response to major technical or food safety issues.
• Protect product integrity and traceability across the supply chain.
• Support investments and acquisitions from a technical perspective.
• Represent the Group with regulators and the wider industry.
