Qualifications

• Proven senior technical management experience in food manufacturing.
• HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 qualified.
• Strong knowledge of UK food legislation and retailer standards.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the Technical strategy aligned with business needs.
• Leading the Technical, Quality, Compliance, Specifications and Hygiene teams.
• Overseeing food safety systems to ensure compliance.
