Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Group Supply Chain Development & Transformation Manager to shape the future of our supply chain. You will lead large-scale transformation programmes across cross-functional teams, optimise systems, and enhance planning and inventory processes to support growth.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale supply chain, systems or transformation programmes within retail, FMCG, logistics or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to own and drive process improvements across supply chain planning, inventory and forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across senior leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach high-performing teams through change.
• Analytical thinker able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience as Process Owner, Key User or Business Lead for enterprise systems such as SAP/BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead major supply chain transformation programmes from concept through to implementation and adoption.
• Own and continuously improve supply chain systems with technology and business stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in inventory management, forecasting, replenishment and planning.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to align on business priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a team to foster continuous improvement during change.
