Job summary

Halfords Redditch is seeking a Group Supply Chain Development & Transformation Manager to lead large-scale transformation programmes, optimise systems and ensure planning and inventory processes support growth.

You will work across Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial and Finance, guiding programmes from concept to implementation, delivering improvements in availability, efficiency and customer experience. This is a senior leadership role with a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of planning, forecasting and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major supply chain transformation programmes from planning to adoption.
• Own and improve supply chain systems with technology and business stakeholders.
• Improve inventory management, forecasting, replenishment and planning processes.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing transformation team.
