Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Trust-wide strategy and planning lead to oversee the business and operational planning cycle across directorates and corporate services. You will set up planning processes and lead a complex programme of insight and strategic change.

The post works alongside the Deputy Director of Strategy & Partnerships and requires a Masters or equivalent. You will ensure plans align with national guidance and manage multi-year planning rounds across

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent level qualification.
• Extensive specialist knowledge of programme, project and performance management with MSP, PRINCE2 or Benefits Realisation.

Responsabilités

• Establish and run Trust-wide business and operational planning processes.
• Oversee progress towards implementing the Trust Strategy, including its refresh.
• Lead multi-year planning and annual planning rounds at Care Unit level.
• Develop planning and monitoring linking horizon scanning, priorities and partnerships.
