Responsibilities

• The Postholder Will Manage a Group Of Schools Up To a Maximum Of Seven Working Alongside Other Central Team Staff In The Following Areas
• Financial Management: Monitoring accounting procedures, processing and payment of invoices, monthly reconciliations, assets and risk registers, and preparation of monthly management accounts.
• HR and Payroll: Lead on attendance management, recruitment planning, and payroll data reconciliation to budget.
• Leadership and Management: Contribute to the Trust culture, attend meetings, and support appraisals and governance.
• Premises Management: Develop long-term site maintenance, health and safety coordination, and capital project support.
• GDPR/Information Security: Act as GDPR lead, train staff on information governance, and ensure compliance.
