About the Role

We are seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead our group consolidation and financial reporting processes as we continue to scale. This is a pivotal role within the finance team, responsible for delivering accurate and timely group financial information, while supporting strategic initiatives and driving best-in-class reporting standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, local finance teams, and external auditors, acting as a key partner in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting across the Group.

This position is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with hands-on consolidation experience in a fast-paced, multicurrency environment. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our finance function, enhancing our reporting processes, controls, and governance structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly Group consolidation close process across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Own the production of consolidated monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in the review of entity-level submissions and collaborate with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Manage the annual external audit process for the Group and subsidiaries, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Prepare consolidated statutory financial statements under IFRS, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise (IFRS) and guidance to the wider business on complex transactions and accounting treatments.
  • Drive consistency in accounting treatment across all entities, especially in multi-jurisdiction or post-acquisition environments.
  • Support the financial integration of acquisitions and new entities into the group reporting framework.
  • Drive automation and streamlining of consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Monitor accounting standard changes and assess impact on the group.
  • Support ERP implementations or finance transformation projects.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent), ideally trained in a Big 4 environment.
  • Strong post-qualification experience in a Group Reporting or Group Finance role within an international group.
  • Proven experience in consolidations, including multicurrency environments and complex group structures.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and external financial reporting requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets and reporting tools (e.g., consolidation systems, ERP platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • A proactive self-starter, capable of building new processes and influencing change across a growing organisation.
