Job summary

Halliday Marx is recruiting for a Group Reporting Accountant for a global advertising company based in Central London. The role focuses on supporting the monthly close, reviewing divisional TB submissions and cashflows within the consolidation system, and assisting with intercompany reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with consolidation systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation and elimination process.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to meet reporting requirements.
• Provide technical accounting support on accounting topics.
• Support year-end and half-year external reporting.
• Prepare financial statement sections from submissions by global teams.
• Support systems improvements in ERP/reporting tools.
• Continuously improve reporting outputs, processes and systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
