Job summary

Belron International Limited invites applications for a key Group Financial Reporting role based in the United Kingdom. You will support month-end consolidation, intercompany, and group reporting processes, partnering with Tax, Treasury and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent with strong IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to analyse data, communicate insights and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large data sets.
• Good understanding of IFRS and applying accounting standards to reporting matters.
• Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships across finance teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage deadlines and explain financial information clearly.
• Attention to detail and integrity of financial information.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group Financial Reporting Manager with the group consolidation process and flash/monthly group accounts.
• Assist with HFM changes, gathering requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Own and manage the group intercompany process and reconcile balances.
• Collaborate with central teams issuing recharges and country finance teams for cost allocations.
• Document non-recurring items and prepare schedules explaining movements to senior management.
• Prepare monthly commentary on variances against prior year and budget.
• Support half-year and year-end reporting and audit processes with analysis and IFRS responses.
• Review results with Head of External/Group Reporting and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Oversee weekly sales reporting with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Respond to data queries and work with finance systems on automation and format changes.
• Assist in preparing year-end Group statutory accounts and disclosures.
