As the Group Recruitment Manager for FirmdaleHotels, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycleacross all properties within the UK. You will develop and implement effective recruitmentstrategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless andengaging candidate experience.
Working closely with department heads and the HRteam, you will ensure that recruitment aligns with the company's businessobjectives and brand values.
You will champion the brand as an employer of choiceleading brand initiatives, cultivating external partnerships, and ensuringevery candidate interaction is seamless and engaging.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end recruitmentstrategy across all properties, to meet hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understandtheir needs and provide expert guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Manage all early career recruitmentactivities including ownership of the annual graduate intake
- Build long-term talentpipelines through relationships with universities, agencies, and industrypartners
- Benchmark againstindustry trends and use data insight to continuously improve recruitmenteffectiveness and report on performance
- Manage recruitmentbudgets effectively
Employer Brand & Attraction
- Own Firmdale'spositioning as an employer of choice, driving attraction strategies across thedigital space, careers fairs, and industry events
- Champion diversity andinclusion in hiring, ensuring all processes are fair, consistent, and equitable
- Oversee the candidateexperience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Firmdale brand.
- Monitor and maintaininformation online to ensure accuracy
Operational Recruitment & Systems
- Own all recruitmentsystems including the ATS, ensuring they are fully utilised and fit for purpose
- Ensure all recruitmentprocesses are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the group
- Manage sponsorshipapplications and ongoing compliance, providing advice and support to sponsoredemployees and the business
- Collaborate with HR andoperational teams on onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging start for everynew hire
- Stay abreast ofemployment legislation and recruitment regulations, ensuring all practicesremain compliant and up to date

Experience
- Proven experience in asenior in-house recruitment role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-siteenvironment
- Track record ofbuilding and executing employer brand and attraction strategies
- Experience working withATS platforms and recruitment tech
