Job summary

Shirley Parsons Ltd is partnering with a market-leading engineering and technology manufacturer to appoint a Group Quality Manager. This highly visible role involves strategic influence and hands-on leadership across the business, reporting to senior leadership and guiding an international quality function.

You will own the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, lead audits, and support future initiatives while collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of quality teams in manufacturing/engineering/tech.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
• Experience coaching and developing cross-site teams.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, SPC and RCA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site international Quality team to drive performance.
• Maintain and improve the Group Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Manage internal and external audit programmes.
• Support IATF 16949 development and future quality initiatives.
• Drive supplier and customer quality improvements and performance.
• Oversee quality reporting, KPIs and board-level metrics.
• Support product quality and new product introductions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
