Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a global quality function within a complex manufacturing group. You will own the business management system (ISO 9001 and related standards), drive audits and continuous improvement, and partner with senior leadership to embed best practices across the group and its subsidiaries. The role involves stakeholder engagement, customer complaint resolution, and KPI oversight, with travel to group sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Ideally background in electronics or the automotive industry.
• Proven experience managing and leading ISO 9001 compliance.
• Comfortable leading teams and engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and manage a global Quality team.
• Own and develop the business management system (ISO 9001 and associated standards).
• Lead internal/external audits, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive customer complaint resolution, KPI reporting, and quality issue RCA/containment.
• Travel to group subsidiaries as required.
