Job summary

TXO Group is seeking a Group Quality Manager to develop and maintain the Quality elements within the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with policies, customer requirements and recognised quality standards. The role provides leadership for quality assurance, internal auditing, document control and CAPA across the Group.

You will drive continuous improvement, design robust processes and lead KPI reporting while supporting external audits.

Qualifications

• Degree educated
• Lead Auditor qualification, preferably ISO 9001 or equivalent
• Professional quality qualification such as CQI, IRCA, ASQ or equivalent is desirable
• Ability to speak either French or German fluently would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Group Quality Management System.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits across functions and sites.
• Lead investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Manage document control, policies and procedures and version control.
