A bit about the job
Group Protection includes products like Group Life, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness.
Our purpose is to help people when they are sick, injured, vulnerable, emotional, or experiencing loss, by being there for them when they need us most.
You will provide excellent customer service, including problem resolution, telephone techniques, numeracy, literacy, and communication skills through handling daily queries, processing scheme renewals, and accounts work.
You should be able to work well within a close-knit team and independently.
You will own, build, and maintain strong relationships with our panel of intermediaries to help retain existing business and attract new clients.
You will support business changes and suggest improvements.

Starting salary of £25,100 based on 35 hours a week (location, skills, experience, and qualifications may affect this). 40-hour contracts are available with a pro-rata salary starting at £27,314.
