Job summary

BBF Limited in Blackburn (hybrid) is seeking a Group Project Engineering Manager to coordinate engineering projects across the group, aligning with business strategy and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Lead cross-site teams and develop a 3-year automation strategy with senior leadership.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, robust planning, and proven stakeholder management within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for complex information across stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to coordinate multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and managerial activities to deliver engineering projects.
• Develop and prioritise projects based on business strategy with Senior Leadership.
• Establish KPIs and monitor project progress and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and technical specifications across all projects.
• Communicate progress clearly to project stakeholders and manage risks.
