Job summary

BBF Limited is seeking a Group Project Engineering Manager in Hull (hybrid). You will coordinate engineering projects across the group, drive performance and ensure business requirements are met.

Responsibilities include prioritising projects with leadership, developing the 3-year automation strategy, assessing scope, budgets, risks, and timelines, and guiding project teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Prince 2 (or similar) Project Management qualification.
• Excellent communication, organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across the Group with senior leadership and site teams.
• Develop and prioritise the 3-year automation strategy with group director.
• Evaluate requirements, scope, and timelines for projects.
• Ensure robust planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Communicate progress and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple dependencies.
