Job summary
E.ON Next Energy Ltd is seeking a visionary Group Product Lead to shape the future of its Connections technology products for residential and business customers. You will lead a cross-functional team, work with engineering and external partners, and drive a product ecosystem that enhances customer connections and energy services.
You will translate insights into roadmaps, coach talent, and collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with strategic business goals.
Qualifications
- Significant product management experience in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to translate customer and business insights into product visions and roadmaps.
- Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams and coaching talent.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Connections product area.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing product teams.
- Coordinate with in-house engineering, SaaS providers and external partners to build an integrated product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align product priorities with business goals.
- Champion improvements to technology supporting field teams, including scheduling and metering.
- Drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement to evolve products.
