E.ON Next Energy Ltd is seeking a visionary Group Product Lead to shape our Flex technology products and drive the connected energy strategy for residential and business customers in the UK.

You will lead strategy for platforms that connect and manage energy assets such as EVs, chargers, heat pumps, batteries and solar, while inspiring and developing a high-performing product team across Technology, Commercial, Propositions and Operations.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record leading complex products or portfolios with commercial impact.
• Experience coaching high-performing product teams and influencing at Director/C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Flex product area, aligning roadmaps with growth and customer needs.
• Coach and empower product teams to foster collaboration, experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Unite in-house engineering, SaaS providers and external partners to build an integrated asset-management ecosystem.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities and align priorities with broader business goals.
• Champion EVs, chargers, heat pumps, batteries and solar with innovative tech exploration.
• Drive performance via customer insight, experimentation and data-driven decisions to deliver commercial impact.
