Job summary

E.ON Next is seeking a visionary Group Product Lead to shape the Flex technology products and drive our connected energy strategy for residential and business customers.

You will define the product vision, build a high-performing team, and partner with in-house engineers, SaaS providers and external technology partners to deliver measurable commercial impact across EVs, chargers, heat pumps, batteries and solar.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience in tech or SaaS environments.
• Track record leading complex product portfolios and delivering commercial results.
• Ability translate customer insights into clear visions and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing at Director/C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Flex area.
• Coach and empower high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Partner with in-house engineering, SaaS providers and external tech partners.
• Drive performance through data-led decisions and customer insight.
