Senior Manager - Support Office Recruitment & Experience - ODEON

Job Purpose:

As Group Procurement Buyer, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of indirect Cinema Operations services. You will work cross-functionally to achieve the best commercial value for ODEON Cinemas Group.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Support the Cinema Operations, Facilities & Utilities categories across all European territories, reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager.
2. Procure indirect goods and services such as cleaning contracts, consumables, waste management, safety & security.
3. Implement the group’s procurement category strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
4. Manage various procurement needs, including applying category strategies, executing tenders, and promoting procurement best practices.
5. Monitor and support risk minimization in category purchasing and contracts.
6. Maintain and evaluate key supplier relationships, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders on procurement inquiries and support review and implementation of procurement processes and systems.
8. Analyze data sets to support category strategy and implementation.
