Job description

As Group Procurement Buyer, you'll take responsibility for managing and optimizing the procurement of indirect Cinema Operations services. Working cross-functionally to achieve the best commercial value for ODEON Cinemas Group.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager to support the Cinema Operations, Facilities & Utilities categories across all European territories.
2. Responsible for procuring indirect goods and services, such as cleaning contracts, consumables, waste management, safety, and security.
3. Execute the group’s procurement category strategy across Europe, aligning it with the overall company strategy and objectives.
4. Facilitate various procurement category needs, including applying category strategy, executing tender processes, generating reports, and promoting procurement best practices.
5. Monitor and support risk minimization in category purchasing and contracting.
6. Maintain key supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on procurement inquiries and support the review and implementation of procurement processes and systems across the Group.
8. Analyze and manage data sets to support category strategy and implementation.
