As Group Procurement Buyer, you'll take responsibility for managing and optimizing the procurement of indirect Cinema Operations services. Working cross-functionally to achieve the best commercial value for ODEON Cinemas Group.
Key Accountabilities:
- Reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager to support the Cinema Operations, Facilities & Utilities categories across all European territories.
- Responsible for procuring indirect goods and services, such as cleaning contracts, consumables, waste management, safety, and security.
- Execute the group’s procurement category strategy across Europe, aligning it with the overall company strategy and objectives.
- Facilitate various procurement category needs, including applying category strategy, executing tender processes, generating reports, and promoting procurement best practices.
- Monitor and support risk minimization in category purchasing and contracting.
- Maintain key supplier relationships, monitor performance, and ensure service level agreements and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on procurement inquiries and support the review and implementation of procurement processes and systems across the Group.
- Analyze and manage data sets to support category strategy and implementation.
