Job summary

Weareamplify, based in Shoreditch, seeks a Group Operations Director to shape growth across Amplify, Seed and Wonder. You’ll create the operational foundations of a growing creative group, reporting to the Group CFO, with autonomy to turn big-picture thinking into tangible results.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex operational or business improvement projects in a fast-moving creative organisation.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguity across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roll-outs, training, communication and adoption of new processes across the group.
• Lead the development and roll-out of Group tools and systems, including budgeting, resource planning and management reporting.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve processes across Amplify, Seed and Wonder.
• Coordinate system migrations and wider technology projects with internal stakeholders, providers and partners.
• Provide governance, ownership and measurable results for cross-agency initiatives.
