Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead a £2m+ client portfolio and drive growth across events, culture and tech. You will be a senior client partner, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and growing existing accounts.

Based in Shoreditch with a hybrid office presence, you’ll own forecasting, revenue, profitability and pipeline while guiding new business and organic growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience across events, culture and tech.
• Proven track record of managing significant client accounts and delivering commercial growth.
• Experience leading senior client relationships and cross-functional teams across creative, strategy and production.
• Commercially astute with forecasting, revenue, profitability and pipeline ownership.
