Job summary

Qualifications

• Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education.
• Full and Relevant Level 6 Qualification in Early Years Education.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted guidance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safeguarding culture across all settings in the group.
• Lead and oversee overall group operations and day-to-day management.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing costs for the group.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families.
• Work with Principals and senior teams to deliver targets and projects.
• Embed Dukes values in leadership and decision making.
