Job summary

BaxterStorey in London is seeking an experienced Group Retail Manager to lead our campus retail operations across multiple locations. You will drive sales performance, enhance customer experience and develop high-performing teams, combining strong commercial sense with motivational leadership.

The role focuses on strategy, budget management and collaboration with marketing, merchandising and supply chain to deliver exceptional hospitality across all stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in retail management.
• 2+ years managing multiple store locations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with retail management systems and POS tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of retail operations across multiple stores, maintaining brand standards and customer experience.
• Mentor retail teams with coaching and career progression opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, financial metrics, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, market share and profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and P&L, control costs and optimise resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and supply chain to align operations with objectives.
