Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Group Retail Manager in Shoreditch, London to lead retail operations across campus locations. You will drive sales performance, enhance customer experience and develop high-performing teams, while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a proven track record in retail leadership, strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and KPIs. A supportive, inclusive culture and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in retail management, with at least 2 years managing multiple store locations.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in retail.
• Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of retail operations across locations.
• Mentor retail teams with coaching, performance feedback and career progression opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and budgets to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with head office functions including marketing, merchandising and supply chain.
