Job summary

Lamington Group is seeking a Senior Marketing leader to own and direct marketing across its growing hometel portfolio. You will shape brand strategy, drive revenue, and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

You will oversee multi-site campaigns, optimize paid media, and ensure consistent brand voice across digital, PR, and social channels while reporting to the Head of Commercial.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing leadership across hospitality or multi-site guest-facing businesses.
• Experience owning full portfolio budgets and driving commercial returns.
• Hands-on in paid media (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
• Proactive mindset driving AI adoption and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing across four properties, setting strategic direction across brands and channels.
• Coach and lead the Marketing Executive roles, optimize workflows, and drive a data-led culture.
• Review high-stakes comms, moments, and creative output to maintain brand excellence.
• Direct portfolio strategy and annual marketing budget with leadership alignment.
• Drive AI-enabled efficiency and crisis-communication readiness when needed.
