This is a fabulous opportunity in a fast-paced, growth driven, edgy business, to bring your passion and creativity to the leadership table as our client is looking to really shake things up in their space, and to put brand positioning at the top of the agenda. The Group Marketing Director will lead the way on all things brand and marketing with a high level of autonomy and also support from the Board as this business looks to do things a little differently as they grow across the UK and internationally.
The Candidate
You’ll have a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results focused approach. An inspirational leader, you will engage and yield the best from your marketing team, both creatively and commercially.
Your marketing strategy will be centred on brand resonance and growth and you’ll be a brand expert, with a solid understand of what brilliant looks like.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of strategic leadership, team leadership and development, budget management and delivery of robust ROI, brand management and growth, digital strategy, partnerships and collaborations, insight and research, performance analysis, internal cross-functional collaboration, innovation and business expansion.
Your experience could come from the retail, entertainment, leisure or hospitality space and you will ideally have a Marketing Degree or qualifications in a related field.
