Role: Group Marketing and CRM Manager
Salary: up to £45K per annum DOE
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility but must support operations effectively.
Location: Head office in High Wycombe, with flexibility due to being based nationally.

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division is working with a national service-led umbrella company. This role blends CRM management and marketing for lead generation and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is proactive, a good communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks, and working collaboratively across departments. The role involves working at group level with business managers, sales teams, external marketing partners, and customers, combining knowledge of fire safety standards with modern marketing techniques.
Responsibilities
- Use high-level CRM data to develop and implement marketing strategies for new business opportunities.
- Manage marketing automation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and key metrics. Identify trends and recommend strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify lead generation opportunities through multichannel campaigns.
- Stay updated on CRM features, updates, and best practices for system optimization and automation.
- Develop modern media to communicate effectively with customers.
- Prepare and communicate regular sales and marketing reports.
- Work with external agencies to optimize online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media.
- Coordinate website and social media content updates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Devise offline marketing strategies to enhance pipeline volume and quality.
- Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and marketing events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within a service-based industry.
- Experience working within a regulated business environment.
- Successful digital media marketing experience.
- Effective communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies.
- Proactive approach focused on results and growth.
- Full driving license.
Measurable KPIs
- KPIs focus on new business generation, quote-to-order conversions, sales volume and value, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Performance will be assessed based on improvements in these areas and the sales teams' ability to drive growth.
