You will report to the COO, own commercial results, and oversee multi-site operations including branches, depots, and on-site delivery. A leadership style that fosters trust and accountability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategies driving revenue growth, profitability and long-term value.
• Unify two brands to create customer or operational advantages and realising synergies in shared logistics, depots and cross-selling.
• Lead and develop senior teams with clear accountability and succession planning.
• Maintain high service, safety and reliability standards across all branches and depots.
• Improve productivity and asset utilisation while preserving agility for customers.
• Own revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow and investment performance with KPI oversight.
• Represent both businesses with studios, production companies and industry partners.
• Turn sustainability into a commercial advantage with measurable greener production solutions.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance including vehicle and health & safety standards.
