Job summary

Leicester City Council is seeking a Group Manager - Health & Partnerships to provide strategic leadership across Adult Social Care and Transport Brokerage, while overseeing direct reports and ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Hybrid working with office days in Leicester City offices is expected.

You will analyse performance data, manage risk, and drive continuous improvements in commissioned services, building strong partnerships with providers and stakeholders across the city.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care services and teams.

Responsibilities
