Job summary

Audience Collective in Leeds is seeking a Group Management Accountant to coordinate finance outputs across multiple agencies and entities, ensuring accurate month-end close and robust reporting.

You will drive balance sheet integrity, intercompany reconciliations, revenue recognition, working capital insights, and payroll validation, while partnering with Finance Business Partners and agency stakeholders to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent operational finance experience.
• Experience in month-end close and management reporting.
• Multi-entity / multi‑agency environment experience.
• Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close across agencies and entities.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and balance schedules.
• Provide management reporting with clear commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance support.
