Job summary

Interpath is seeking an experienced Group Management Accountant to join the UK Finance & Accounting team. Based in Manchester or London, you will drive multi‑entity month‑end close, cost analysis, and board reporting, while strengthening internal controls and financial governance.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate reporting across jurisdictions. This newly created role emphasizes process improvement and timely close cycles.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities across multiple entities and tax compliance.
• Act as a key business partner to analyse costs and variances to budget.
• Establish processes around cost centre postings and intercompany reconciliations.
• Produce monthly board and lender reports, and support year-end audit processes.
• Coordinate preparation of statutory accounts across jurisdictions and ensure proper governance.
