Job summary

Interpath is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the UK Finance & Accounting team. The role involves end-to-end management accounting for multiple entities, board and lender reporting, and driving cost control and process improvements.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Tax and Payroll to ensure accurate financial reporting, support year-end activity and establish internal management accounts across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent fully qualified accountant.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial exposure.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; commercial acumen and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with accounting ERP systems; multi-entity/intl experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end management accounting across multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly Board and lender reports; support year-end processes.
• Drive cost control, variance analysis, and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Payroll and wider Finance teams to ensure consistent reporting.
• Establish internal management accounts for various jurisdictions and strengthen controls.
