Job summary

Interpath is seeking an experienced Group Management Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting team in the UK. The role covers end-to-end accounting across multiple entities, cost analysis, and active involvement in month-end close, board reporting, and statutory accounts.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and other finance teams to deliver accurate reporting and robust internal controls for multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent fully qualified accountant.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a managerial role.
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with accounting and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting activities across multiple entities and tax compliance.
• Partner with non-client facing departments to analyse costs and variances to budget.
• Establish cost centre postings and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee supplier cost processes across the group and produce ad hoc cost analyses.
• Support the Group Financial Controller on year-end audit processes.
• Prepare monthly board and lender reports and maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate statutory accounts across jurisdictions and align reporting with FP&A, Tax, Payroll.
• Drive accurate and consistent financial reporting in collaboration with Finance teams.
