Job summary

Wernick Group Limited, a long-established UK business operating across sectors, is seeking a Management Accountant (AAT/ACCA finalist) to join the Management Accounts team. You will help produce monthly group accounts, provide insightful financial analysis, and support the end-to-end accounting cycle across multiple sites.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Sage 200/50, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• AAT or ACCA pathway with finalist status and strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in budgeting, analysis, and MI reporting.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Group's monthly management accounts and reports.
• Provide financial analysis to senior leadership and operations teams.
• Reconcile balance sheets and manage month-end processes.
• Assist with VAT returns, audit processes and year-end activities.
• Collaborate with shared services including AP, Sales Ledger, and Credit Control.
