Qualifications

• Proven IT leadership in mid-sized or scale-up environments.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and strategies.
• Deep expertise in governance, security, risk management, and ROI delivery.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, ERP, cybersecurity and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full IT strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with commercial growth.
• Bring commercial accountability to IT plans with cost optimisation and ROI justification.
• Design and enforce IT governance, policies and risk frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation and SLA enforcement.
• Assess current systems and implement the optimal tech stack (cloud, ERP, security, automation).
• Deliver disaster recovery, business continuity and zero-downtime operations.
• Act as trusted advisor to the CFO with board reporting and translating tech into business impact.
