Job summary

Danish Crown UK is seeking a Senior Manager EHS to lead strategic EHS direction across its UK manufacturing network. You will govern regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement and foster an exemplary safety culture.

Reporting to the Group Senior Manager EHS, you will shape and implement Group-wide EHS strategies, standards and programmes while balancing local needs with enterprise priorities across multiple sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS across manufacturing and high‑risk environments.
• Proven multi-site leadership with people management responsibility.
• Experience driving improvement programmes, cultural transformation and organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK EHS strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead Site EHS Managers and regional teams, building capability.
• Collaborate with Site Directors to drive EHS maturity and safety culture.
• Lead investigations into major incidents and audits; oversee safety initiatives.
• Use EHS analytics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute to Group EHS programmes and standards.
