Job summary

Danish Crown UK is seeking a Senior Manager EHS to drive strategic excellence across our UK manufacturing network. You will provide governance, lead regional EHS teams and align local operations with Group EHS objectives to foster a high-performing safety culture.

You will collaborate with Group EHS leaders, support standardisation across sites and contribute to Group-wide programmes, while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong knowledge of UK EHS legislation and ISO 45001 management systems.
Proven track record in multi-site EHS leadership and cultural change.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and governance across the UK manufacturing network.
Lead investigations, audits and programmes to improve safety and compliance.
Develop and implement Group-wide EHS standards and capability building.
Collaborate with Group EHS leaders to align local priorities with group objectives.
Lead Site EHS Managers and regional teams, driving maturity and performance.
